Veggie Tales and Furniture

I usually keep you guys updated, but haven't been doing a very good job at it lately. I apologize readers! Since the facial and workplace confusion I have been really busy. I decided to invest in Veggie Tales and late night devotionals :) While you are singing the Veggie Tale song in your head you are smiling and thinking....."why am I not joining this fun time with the coolest girls on the block" (me and shelly would be those two by the way) You see.....we went out on an adventure and wound up at the Christian Book Store in Cary and we spent a lot of time there. I walked out with Veggie Tale DVD's and a few children's books. Since I have been trying to become more equipped with the stories in the bible. I was convinced that this would be good. I laughed a lot while walking out of the store because well......you can picture me in a store walking out with Veggie Tales and children's books. It was funny! We went home and had a movie night with some friends and do you know what we watched? ...... Veggie Tales :) It was my first time and I loved it. You have never been surrounded by a bunch of adults singing the Veggie Tale theme song and knowing almost all of the songs in the video. It was hilarious!! OK....I just wanted to share in the learning process that made me feel weird until I found out all Christian adults like Veggie Tales almost as much as the kids do. On another note, I have received yet another blessing....I just can't imagine why we get certain things....we suck and don't deserve anything, but that crazy guy up there just keeps lookin out! I got a bedroom set from Shelly. She came back from Charlotte bearing gifts! It was so great. After going home to see her family she packed up her old furniture and brought it to Raleigh. It's awesome!! Let's see....other news .....hmmm.....I think that's it. It's enough though....Veggie Tales, books, bedroom furniture.....I think I would have been content with just the Veggie Tales ;) God is so good!
