The Time Is Drawing Near...

Here we are! Just 5 1/2 weeks away from the wedding day!!! I can't believe how time has flown. There are moments throughout the day when I panic for about 3 seconds from having a thought that I forgot to book the reception hall or that I forgot to send an invitation to someone. Then, I have to remind myself that everything is going to be just fine and the things that need to be in place are in fact... in place.

With just the food for the reception and the final set-up, everything is all planned out and we are ready to rock and roll!

I was all set to visit the church a week ago and figure out how to set up the sanctuary for the ceremony with Courtney. She called earlier that morning and said she had to meet me there due to her being "called in for work"... I TOTALLY fell for that!!

I knew I was having a shower, but it wasn't supposed to be until like two weeks before my wedding... or so I was told. I even tried to get information out of people... yet it was still kept very "hush-hush!"

I was finally able to meet the rest of Sean's family and church friends!And Sean's family was able to meet my friends and some of my family as well! It was a blessing!

Just to inform you .... It was an 80's themed bridal shower and it was THE MOST AMAZING PARTY EVER!!! ... Afterward, a few of us girls decided not to call it a night, but wanted to hang out and go bowling and play a game... we had such a blast! A very memorable weekend that will surely go down as "THE BEST WEEKEND WITH THE GIRLS IN 2010!"
